Worry Dogs are a useful tool to help with overcoming different emotions. They can be placed in a pocket or held to soothe and tap (lookup emotional freedom technique). 

Each Dog is one-of-a-kind. They come attached to a thin piece of card with the slogan "Tap your nose, tap mine too, help release feeling blue". You can tell your Worry Dog anything and they will be right by your side to listen. 

This is not suitable for children under 3 and is not a toy. Worry Dogs are made from air-dry clay using acrylic paint and varnish to finish. The card measures 7cm x 10cm and sizes/ shapes and colours vary.
